Welcome to Verano’s Support Ticket System

The Verano Board is dedicated to providing home owners with the best possible support experience possible. We use this helpdesk as a central point of contact to be able to help you with your requests (they are called tickets in our technical jargon!).

By login in to the helpdesk you can:


  • create new tickets,
  • get the status of your existing tickets as they are answered by the Board or CWD,
  • add comments and answer our questions,
  • update your contact information so we can stay in touch with you if needed.

In order to expedite your request, please create a new ticket and the Board will get back to you as soon as possible.
